The role

Lead and develop the property team

Mentor junior solicitors and support staff

Build and maintain client and referrer relationships

About you

7+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing

Excellent knowledge of Scottish residential property law

Confident managing transactions independently

Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues

Commercially aware and client-focused

Excellent communication and organisational skills
