Berkeley Group builds homes and neighbourhoods across London, Birmingham and the South of England. We revive underused land, creating welcoming, sustainable and nature-rich places where communities thrive and where people of all ages and backgrounds enjoy a great quality of life.
We specialise in long-term brownfield regeneration, focusing on challenging and complex sites that are beyond the scope of conventional homebuilders. We are highly collaborative, working with councils and communities to create a shared vision and to unlock a mix of social, environmental, economic and commercial value that benefits all our stakeholders.
Our passion for quality and design underpins everything we do. All Berkeley homes are created with care, expertise and relentless attention to detail.
We're looking for a commercially minded and highly collaborative Business Analyst to play a key role in a major business transformation programme. While the initial focus will be supporting our transition to IFS Cloud, we're primarily seeking an exceptional Business Analyst who can work across a complex organisation, understand how teams operate, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
This is an opportunity to partner with stakeholders across multiple functions, challenge existing ways of working, map and improve processes, and help drive meaningful change. Previous IFS experience is not essential. If you have a strong track record of gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, analysing business processes and delivering improvement initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.

- Map current and future-state processes across multiple business functions.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for automation and standardisation.
- Recommend and support the implementation of improved ways of working.
- Ensure changes align with wider business objectives and transformation goals.
- Support the delivery of key technology and business change initiatives, including the transition to IFS Cloud.
- Review existing processes and assess readiness for new systems and technologies.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments and process validation activities.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities and change adoption across the business.
- Help establish structured governance processes for reviewing, assessing and prioritising business change requests.
- Support stakeholders in evaluating the business value, impact and feasibility of proposed developments.
- Create clear documentation, workflows and decision-making frameworks to support effective prioritisation.
- Ensure proposed enhancements align with strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Develop process documentation, user guides and knowledge resources.
- Support the creation and delivery of training materials for new processes and systems.
- Promote consistent ways of working and drive user adoption of business change initiatives.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

- Experience supporting ERP, enterprise or operational business systems.
- Exposure to governance frameworks, change control processes and prioritisation methodologies.
