We will do wine and cocktail training with you but some experience is required. We are a small independent with plans on expanding. The wine list comprises organic and biodynamic wines from small producers and lesser-known regions. The cheeses and charcuterie are from Italy, France, Spain and England. We are a small and tight-knit team of passionate individuals dedicated to providing excellent products and service to our regular local guests. What you'll find here is a snapshot of the role and responsibilities. However, your role will evolve based on prior experiences and learning eagerness. This will be a part-time role, mainly for Wednesday and Friday evenings but may require flexibility.
The role responsibilities:
- Preparing freshly made cocktails.
- Ensure a spotless service and expertise on wine and food offer (ongoing training provided).
- Run the bar smoothly: welcoming guests, assisting in wine and food selections, sharing your expertise on the current selection, clearing, cleaning, and resetting.
- You will be required to work Wednesday and Friday nights most weeks. Approx. 5pm to 10pm Wednesday and 5pm to 1am Friday.
