Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire care provider, ensuring all services meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Register our company with CQC
- Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams including nurses, caregivers, therapists, and administrative staff to promote teamwork and professional development.
- Oversee patient care plans, medication administration, and clinical procedures.
- Develop and implement policies related to dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice services, and disability support to enhance quality of life for clients and families.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for case management, discharge planning, and specialized medical needs.
- Foster a compassionate environment that emphasizes patient dignity, safety, and personalized care strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in care management with a strong understanding of senior care practices.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that inspire collaboration and high performance.
- Familiarity with dementia care protocols, Alzheimer's disease management, hospice services, and home care settings.
- Experience working in environments requiring case management expertise or managing complex medical needs.
- Prior exposure to managing compliance within healthcare regulations ensures smooth operational oversight.
