We are a small Independent Financial Advisory firm and looking to grow our team and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individual who can use their initiative and work well within a team. We are located in Brislington, above the Storage Giant building (offices) in Bristol and having been a successful firm for over 15 years and with an ever growing client bank, we offer advice such as Pensions, Mortgages, Protection and Investments. We have a small team of advisers who work in the office and from home. We have a relaxed working environment and all take great care of each other's interests and always help each other where possible. We are looking for the right candidate to help us on this journey so that we can all benefit from a successful and highly recommended local business. Answer and field calls to advisers as well as assisting with advisers admin work.
The role will also include mainly;
- Assisting the office manager with payroll and commission queries, so excel experience is preferred.
- Back office filing and system support.
- Making a good impression and leave an outstanding customer service experience.
- Maintain clear communications always.
Requirements: IT skills are essential, as the majority will be admin based as well as good communication skills and good customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks so organisational skills are important and willing to learn and be part of a team. A problem solver who is self-motivated and flexible Desired qualifications A-C or 4-9 GCSE's including MATHS AND ENGLISH.
Future prospects Leading to full role and other opportunities within the business to become a Mortgage or Independent Financial Adviser.
