Job Description:
Discobowl Cardiff is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to join our team. You’ll play an important role in delivering a great food experience to our customers, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food preparation at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food items to the required standard.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and health and safety regulations.
- Supporting team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assisting with stock rotation and food storage.
- Communicating effectively with team members and management to meet customer expectations.
- Weekend working is essential
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
