+ Commission
Realistic OTE: £34,000 – £38,000+ per annum
ABC Gone Ltd is an established and growing property company managing and letting properties across East London and Essex. We are seeking a motivated, organised and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join our busy office in Harold Wood. With 3 years minimum industry experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and can manage the entire lettings process from instruction through to move-in.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Marketing
- Visit properties to take photographs and create marketing material.
- Write accurate and engaging property descriptions.
- Upload and maintain listings across Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and other advertising platforms.
- Ensure properties are marketed promptly to minimise void periods.
- Proactively monitor listings and make improvements where required.
Viewings & Lettings
- Conduct property viewings.
- Follow up all viewing enquiries promptly.
- Negotiate offers between applicants and landlords.
- Secure holding deposits and progress applications efficiently.
- Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the lettings process.
Referencing & Progression
- Chase references and supporting documents.
- Liaise with referencing companies and applicants.
- Ensure applications progress quickly and efficiently.
- Keep landlords, tenants and internal teams updated throughout the process.
- Coordinate move-in dates and tenancy paperwork.
Portfolio Support
- Work closely with Property Managers, the Head of Revenue and other departments.
- Ensure upcoming vacancies are identified and marketed well in advance.
- Assist in reducing void periods across the portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates.
- Support the wider team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Previous lettings experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Confident using property software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle required.

Ideal Candidate
You will be highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple properties and applicants simultaneously. You will understand the importance of speed, communication and attention to detail, ensuring properties are marketed quickly, viewings are conducted professionally, references are chased promptly and tenants are moved in efficiently.
