Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation, ensuring all guests enjoy a welcoming and pleasant stay. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces in line with hotel standards.
- Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are presented to a high standard.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, surfaces, mirrors, windows, and floors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling cleaning equipment and products.
- Work as part of a team to deliver efficient and consistent housekeeping service.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience of 1 year.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Physical ability to carry out cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- A positive and professional approach, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
