Warehouse Operative
Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time | Monday–Friday

The Role
Working as part of our warehouse team, you’ll help ensure orders are picked accurately, stock is organised and our warehouse operates efficiently every day.
Your responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer and wholesale orders accurately
- Receive deliveries and book stock into the warehouse
- Load and unload containers and deliveries safely
- Process customer returns
- Organise warehouse locations and replenish stock
- Carry out regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory using Shopify and our warehouse management system
- Print shipping labels and operate handheld barcode scanners
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times
- Take ownership of your work area, carrying out routine housekeeping and cleaning to maintain a professional, efficient and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with the e-commerce, purchasing and customer service teams to ensure orders leave on time
- Support the wider team wherever needed
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
- Takes pride in keeping things clean, organised and efficient
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Has basic computer skills
- Has previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Notices when something needs doing without being asked. We value people who take ownership, use their initiative, keep things organised and care about doing the job properly rather than simply ticking boxes.
Desirable
- Forklift licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience using warehouse management systems or Shopify
