We're looking for an experienced Host to join the front-of-house team at Tangerine MCR.
This isn't an entry-level hosting role. We're looking for someone confident managing a busy reservations desk, delivering exceptional guest service, and keeping service running smoothly in a high-volume cocktail bar, food hall and events venue.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, professional welcome.
- Managing reservations and walk-ins using SevenRooms.
- Coordinating table allocations, guest flow and turns throughout service.
- Communicating effectively with the floor and bar teams.
- Supporting large bookings and private events.
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues with confidence.
- Maintaining an organised and professional host station.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Host or Reservations Host in a busy hospitality venue.
- Experience using SevenRooms (essential).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A professional, friendly and proactive approach.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
