An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our active and successful England and Wales Conveyancing Team as Trainee Conveyancer. Previous experience in conveyancing or property would be advantageous but, as full training will be given, is not essential.
Your Conveyancer is a successful and forward-thinking provider of conveyancing services throughout Scotland, England and Wales. The advertised role will be within the England and Wales team and will require attendance at our office near Stockport.

As a Trainee Conveyancer you will generate income for the company by undertaking the conveyancing process on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for supporting the Conveyancing Team, undergoing training and beginning to handle an increasing individual caseload with administrative support.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
- actively engaging with training;
- the competent and independent management of an increasing number of own files, including sales, purchases and new builds;
- reporting on Title with support;
- liaising with clients, estate agents, referrers and other solicitors, providing clear and timely updates, and assisting with queries;
- complying with rules and regulations;
- prioritising tasks and working to deadlines;
- competent use of the electronic cased management system;
- carrying out tasks allocated by the Head of Department or by another member of the Management Team; and
- diligently and efficiently carrying out tasks relating to the role, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as published on PeopleHR.
