About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lettings Valuer / Manager to join our growing lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident in valuing rental properties, negotiating lets, and managing the end-to-end lettings process — ideally with Hands-on HMO experience.
You will play a key role in generating new instructions, maximising rental income for landlords, and delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rental valuations and market appraisals
- Win new lettings instructions and build strong landlord relationships
- Negotiate lets and agree terms between landlords and tenants
- Manage the lettings process from instruction to move-in
- Advise landlords on rental pricing, legislation, and HMO compliance
- Handle HMO properties including room-by-room lets (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation
- Oversea the residential and HMO portfolio
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lettings Valuer/Manager
- Strong understanding of the UK lettings market
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience managing or letting HMOs
- Knowledge of HMO licensing and compliance
- ARLA qualification (or working towards)
