Valuer / Negotiator
Jackson-Stops Norfolk — Burnham Market & Norwich
Jackson-Stops Norfolk is looking for an experienced Valuer/Negotiator to join our team, working flexibly between our Burnham Market and Norwich offices.
As part of one of the UK's leading prime and country house estate agency networks, you'll be selling some of Norfolk's finest homes — from period coastal properties to substantial country estates — to a discerning local and national client base.
The Role
● Conducting market appraisals and valuations across the whole county
● Winning new instructions and building lasting client relationships
● Managing a portfolio of sales from instruction through to completion
● Negotiating offers and guiding buyers and sellers through the process
● Drawing on our national network to maximise exposure for prime instructions
● Representing Jackson-Stops' reputation for discretion, service and market knowledge
About You
● Proven experience as a valuer/negotiator, ideally in the prime residential or country house market
● Strong local knowledge of Norfolk, particularly the North Norfolk coast
● Confident, personable, and comfortable dealing with high-net-worth clients
● Self-motivated with a track record of winning and converting instructions
● Full UK driving licence
● Experience with Reapit AgencyCloud an advantage
