We are an established independent letting agent specialising in student and professional accommodation across Nottingham. With many years of experience, we manage a substantial portfolio of properties and pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team.
The Role
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties while delivering a high standard of customer service to landlords, tenants and contractors.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of student and professional properties.
- Carrying out property viewings.
- Conducting property inspections and inventories.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
- Referencing applicants and progressing tenancies.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs from start to finish.
- Assisting with property marketing and ensuring listings remain up to date.
- Supporting compliance with current lettings legislation and HMO requirements.
- Delivering excellent customer service both in the office and out on appointments.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings.
- Have a good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance.
- Experience with HMO properties would be advantageous.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be confident managing a busy and varied workload.
- Be a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
