Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Cafe All Rounder to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea, maintaining high standards of barista skills.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet food safety standards.
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and handling payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including food safety protocols.
- Support team members with general duties such as cleaning, organising stock, and assisting in other areas as required.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
- Experience in serving customers with friendly professionalism.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a customer-facing environment.
