Salary: £80,000 including Quarterly On-Target Bonus (or pro rata annually if target hit)

This is more than a sales role.
Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll have a genuine seat at the table, influencing our national growth strategy while personally winning major manned guarding contracts and helping shape our future.
Your Responsibilities
✅ Develop and deliver our national sales strategy

✅ Build a high-value pipeline of strategic opportunities
✅ Lead business development, bids and marketing activity
✅ Open new markets and create sustainable revenue streams
✅ Drive long-term commercial growth
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced business development professional with:
✔ Proven success winning £1.5m+ in security contract value annually
✔ Strong knowledge of the manned guarding sector
✔ Experience developing proposals and managing complex tenders
✔ Commercial, pricing and contract negotiation expertise
✔ Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
