Salary: £60k+ Basic plus Car Allowance and Generous Commission & Bonus Package

OSG Service Group Ltd have been providing security services nationally for over 28 years to healthcare, retail, logistics, construction and corporate commercial sectors. We hold the important industry accreditations, including SIA Approved Contractor, NSI Guarding Gold and relevant British Standards. Many of our clients are public sector or leading corporate brands, providing an excellent varied portfolio and platform from which to grow.
We are currently seeking a Sales Director to join our team, primarily targeting manned guarding sectors with supporting physical and technology solutions.
The Role:
This is an opportunity for a true seat at the table role, providing input on sales strategy, seeking and developing opportunities for growth, generating new leads and building on our strong existing client base. We deliver services nationwide, enabling a wide catchment area for new business.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, build pipeline
- Generate and follow up on leads
- End to end leadership and management of new bid opportunities
- Monitoring tender portals, assessing and bidding on suitable tenders including bid writing
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information by producing weekly and quarterly reports
