Greaves Sports Limited is seeking a Running Department Footwear Sales Assistant to join our team in GB. This role is vital in helping customers find the perfect footwear for their sporting needs while ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate running footwear based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and current sports footwear trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering expert advice.
- Organize and merchandise footwear displays to attract customers and optimize sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Support stock management activities including inventory checks and restocking shelves.
- Promote upselling opportunities to maximize sales of footwear accessories.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities such as Spanish are advantageous.
- Knowledge of merchandising and inventory management.
