Main Purpose
Based at our research station in North Clifton, Nottinghamshire, you will support our permanent team with a range of harvest activities. This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, attention to detail and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Position is for 2 - 3 months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the harvest of maize trial plots
- Collecting harvest samples in the field
- Weighing and recording samples accurately
- Logging harvest data
- Analysing samples using specialist equipment
- Supporting the team with general harvest operations

Person Specification
About You
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who:
- Is aged 18 or over
- Enjoys practical, outdoor work
- Can work accurately and follow procedures
- Is physically fit and comfortable with demanding tasks
- Has a flexible approach to working hours and travel
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to their own transport
Desirable Skills
- Experience towing and reversing trailers
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
