Sales Representative (Entry Level) – Full Training ProvidedCardiff | Immediate Opportunities
We’re expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people and working in a customer-facing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity, so previous sales experience isn’t necessary. You’ll receive practical training, ongoing coaching, and daily support to help you develop your skills.
In this role, you’ll speak with customers in residential neighbourhoods, introducing and promoting services through face-to-face conversations. You’ll focus on delivering a positive customer experience while helping people find solutions that suit their needs.
Responsibilities
- Meeting customers in residential communities across your assigned territory
- Representing our services professionally during face-to-face interactions
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable options
- Responding to questions confidently and professionally
- Keeping accurate records of customer conversations and outcomes
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Attending regular coaching sessions and team meetings
- Travelling to and from our Cardiff office each working day

Role Details

- Minimum commitment of 4 days per week
