Summary
This is a fixed-term employment contract which will allow you to develop your knowledge and understanding of the role of a Teaching Assistant whilst receiving valuable, practical work experience in a school.
You will work towards your Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. You will have an allocated tutor through our external apprenticeship provider, who will support you throughout the apprenticeship, along with support from the school. Each week, you will complete 6 hours of training within school time.
This role is an ideal foundation for anyone considering a career either as a Teaching Assistant or Classroom Teacher. You will be based in a classroom environment and the main focus of your role will be providing support to teaching staff and children in a variety of ways.
