About the Role:
We are currently looking for experienced subcontract site fitting teams to support ongoing and upcoming projects across the West Midlands. Work will involve the installation of secondary structural steelwork and a variety of architectural metalwork on local sites.

Scope of Work:
- Installation of secondary structural steelwork
- Fitting of architectural metalwork (balustrades, handrails, staircases, etc.)
- Reading and interpreting technical and GA drawings
- Working to site programmes and deadlines
- Ensuring all installations meet quality and safety standards
- Liaising with site managers and other trades
Requirements:
- Proven experience in structural steel and/or architectural metalwork installation
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- CSCS cards (essential)
- Relevant site certifications (e.g. IPAF, PASMA – preferred)
- Own tools and transport
- Strong commitment to health & safety on site
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Experience:
- Proven Steel metalwork installation : 2 years (required)
