The role
- Within this Family Paralegal role, you will be assisting Family solicitors with their caseloads across a broad range of privately funded Family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, private children matters and domestic abuse cases.
- Assist solicitors with the preparation and progression of cases, ensuring compliance with the Family Procedure Rules, court deadlines, and internal file management requirements.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence, including court forms, statements, schedules, and bundles, under appropriate supervision
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working as a paralegal in a family law practice.
- Good working knowledge of family law procedures and the Family Procedure Rules.
- Strong drafting, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision while managing competing priorities.
