We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Print Centre Engineering team in Weymouth.
Working on a shift basis, you'll be responsible for fault-finding, repair and maintenance across a wide range of production and ancillary equipment. You'll play a key role in maximising plant availability through effective breakdown response and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), helping to ensure our print operation runs safely, efficiently and reliably.

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical equipment faults.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment.
- Maintain high levels of equipment reliability and performance.
- Use electrical drawings and technical documentation to support fault finding and repairs.
- Calibrate, reset and maintain press equipment and associated systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
- Ensure engineering areas, workshops and stores are maintained to a high standard.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and safe systems of work.
- Work collaboratively with production teams, contractors and colleagues across the Print Centre.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to support both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
- Good understanding of planned preventative maintenance principles.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Reliable, accountable and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to develop technical knowledge and skills across engineering disciplines.
- Physically capable of working throughout a busy production environment, including confined spaces and manual handling activities where required.
This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our print operation, ensuring products are delivered to customers on time through the effective maintenance and optimisation of plant and equipment.
