Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to offer clients contemporary styles.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on styles and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat visits.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- A valid barbering qualification or certification is desirable but not mandatory for candidates with significant experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the salon's schedule.
