The Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations—serving customers, preparing products, and helping maintain the warm, inviting atmosphere our shop is known for.
About You
You’re someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a positive customer experience. You bring energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in food, retail, or hospitality.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with customers
- A strong team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Proactive and able to take initiative during busy periods
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and dependable, with a positive attitude
- An interest in quality food, coffee, or local produce is a bonus
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is helpful, but not essential
