Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Showroom / Sampling Assistant to join our creative team. In this role, you will offer advice and assistance to customers visiting our showroom, responsible for showcasing our latest designs and collections to clients, visitors, and internal teams. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure that every sample and display is presented flawlessly, creating an engaging environment that inspires and impresses. Responsibilities
- Assist Customers visiting the showroom offering design and technical advice
- Processing customer orders and Quotations
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the showroom displays to highlight new collections and products effectively
- Manage the organization, labeling, and inventory of samples
- Ensure all samples are clean, well-organized, and readily accessible for viewing or photoshoots
- Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for sample procurement or replacement needs
- Maintain detailed records of sample locations, status updates, and showroom layouts to optimize space utilization
- Light Warehouse duties outwith sampleling
Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external partners
- Superior organizational abilities to keep samples accurately tracked and showroom layouts tidy
- Retail Showroom Experience appreciateed
- Ok with manual tasks which can involve some heavy lifting
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
