B&B Marketing is partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing face-to-face sales and marketing companies. You’ll represent some of the country’s most recognized brands while developing professional sales skills in a supportive, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Master the full sales process — from prospecting to closing
- Engage directly with customers face-to-face on behalf of leading UK brands
- Build genuine customer relationships that drive brand loyalty and sales results
- Attend daily sales briefings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
- Develop consultative sales skills under the guidance of experienced mentors
What We’re Looking For
- Hunger to build a real sales career (not just looking for any job)
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people daily
- Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliability and time management skills
- 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- No sales experience required — full training provided from day one

Location & Commute
Office-based in Cardiff high street. Easily commutable from:Cardiff, Swansea, Barry, Newport, Bristol, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cwmran, Pontypridd, Penarth, Porthcawl, and surrounding areas.
