Job Title: Property and Facilities Coordinator
Salary: c. £34,000
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute
This role supports the smooth operation of property and facilities services at the NFU’s Headquarters in Stoneleigh and the portfolio of 44 properties through England and Wales.
You will organise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) requirements for the property portfolio, thereafter, scrutinise reports and arrange works to remedy any remedial requirements identified. You will monitor the facilities in-box and ensure timely processing of reactive maintenance request from colleagues at HQ and tenants in the portfolio. Being highly organised you will maintain accurate records, arrange meetings and coordinate essential services. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a safe, well-managed, and productive working environment for all tenants, staff and visitors.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have a working knowledge of facilities and general building issues and requirements. You will have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in organising your day. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will support effective problem solving and collaboration, while your resilience, initiative, and empathy will make you a valued team member. Confident using Microsoft Office, you’ll also be physically capable of supporting room setups and flexible to meet occasional out-of-hours demands.
