London Brasseries Ltd — operating Palm Court Brasserie, Boulevard Brasserie, Old Compton Brasserie, Maxwell’s Bar & Grill and PJ’s Chelsea Brasserie — is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales, Private Dining & Reservations Manager to join our team.
This role is all about selling our private dining rooms and group event spaces, building strong local relationships, converting enquiries and ensuring our private dining offering is maximised. Alongside sales, you will provide essential support to our Reservations manager on a weekly basis with full time support throughout the Christmas period.
About the Role
You will lead proactive sales activity across the group, focusing exclusively on private dining, large groups, celebrations, corporate socials and repeat local business. You’ll be out in the neighbourhood building relationships, generating leads, converting enquiries and ensuring every private space is commercially optimised.
A key part of the role is supporting the Reservations Manager - typically one day per week throughout the year, and full-time from September to December during the peak Christmas booking season.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Private Bookings
· Drive proactive sales for private dining rooms, group events and large bookings.
· Build strong relationships with local businesses, neighbouring offices, hotels, concierge teams, community organisations and event planners.
· Conduct outreach, walk-ins, networking and follow-ups to generate new bookings.
· Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase private dining occupancy and event revenue.
· Use the CRM platform to retain customer data, segment audiences, build outreach lists and coordinate targeted campaigns.
· Identify new opportunities across Soho, Covent Garden and Chelsea.
· Work with the Marketing Manager to oversee all CRM and website content.
Person Specification
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality sales, private dining, events or reservations.
· Proven ability to build relationships and convert enquiries.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
· Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue generation.
· Experience with CRM platforms, reservations systems or sales pipelines is preferred.
Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
