The Rockstone Pub Co. is looking for a motivated Management Duo to take the lead at our latest site, a canal side destination food pub situated in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, about 15 minutes drive from the centre of Milton Keynes.
The Role...
We're looking for a partnership who are capable of leading the front of house & the kitchen teams, running each department either together or individually. You'll both be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the pub... covering all areas of the business, from delivering a top-tier food & drink experience to stock control & event management, plus everything in-between!
This is an exciting opportunity for the right people to establish themselves as the figureheads of our soon-to-be flagship venue. You should have a passion for running exceptional food-led pubs with outstanding wines & well-kept real ales, be able to create a friendly & relaxed atmosphere for your guests & a professional working environment for your team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the pub
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards
- Deliver high standards of food service and cellar management
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
- Provide outstanding guest experiences across all areas
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team
- Manage bookings and guest services
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced and hands-on pub managers
- Strong background in food and drink-led hospitality
- Confident managing both bar and kitchen operations
- Skilled in cask ale handling and cellar management
- Organised, financially aware, and results-driven
- Friendly, proactive, and team-focused

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
