Job Overview
Prestige Country Parks is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Mainly based at our Malton Grange office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage reservations and booking systems accurately.
- Provide guests with information about lodge facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure lodges are prepared and maintained to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
- Support the wider team with administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fully training to be given to the right candidate.

Working Hours
Part time position, 3 days a week 9am till 5pm on a rota basis including weekends. Provisionally 2 weekdays and a Saturday a week. Extra hours may be available covering other park locations and staff holiday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.20 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
