We are recruiting for a Workshop Controller for our Dealership in Cheltenham
As Workshop Controller, you’ll keep everything moving—coordinating jobs, supporting technicians, and ensuring every customer receives a smooth, high-quality experience.

What you’ll do
- Manage workshop workflow and repair progress
- Allocate work to technicians
- Maintain the workshop diary and plan resources
- Keep customers updated on progress
- Prepare estimates and final invoices
- Explain repairs clearly to customers
- Carry out quality control checks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years’ experience in an automotive service environment
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems
- Confident communicator with customers and technicians
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- Team player who performs well under pressure
- High attention to detail
