Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Care Manager to manage our care homes. The successful candidate will take on the role of a CQC Registered Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, and leading our team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities involved in office start-up and the smooth running of the office.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery across all points of care.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring duties are completed efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee recruitment and forecast training and staffing needs.
- Conduct staff appraisals and supervisions to support professional growth.
- Represent the company in meetings with officials and service commissioners.
- Attend training events to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Update policies and procedures to reflect current standards.
- Continuously seek ways to develop the business and maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Home Care Manager.
- Level 5 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF).

- Familiarity with Access Group and CM2000 or other relevant software.
