The Tenancy Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth letting and management process for our tenant and landlord clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively handle disputes, maintain records, and liaise with tenants and landlords. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the referencing and move in process effectively
- Qualify tenant enquiries and arrange viewings for properties
- Manage the compliance process
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tasks
- Communicate with both tenants, contractors and landlords to ensure cohesive management of tenancy issues.
- Arrange maintenance works reported by tenants, liaising with contractors
- Deal with deposit returns and manage disputes if they occur
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within property management is essential
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
