ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at our modern manufacturing facility beside the A1, we are looking for Factory Operatives with an interest in electrical work to join our team assembling PUCS and utility cupboards for our construction projects. No electrical qualification is needed – full training and guidance will be provided. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting new team members who share our drive and commitment.
DUTIES

Electrical wiring and preparation within modular units

Installing electrical components, fittings and accessories

Routing and securing cables in line with company standards

Basic electrical testing and checking connections

Ensuring all electrical work follows safety procedures and quality standards

Complete all training provided and support colleagues where you can

Keep your workspace and factory areas tidy, safe and organised

Work safely at all times and look out for the health and safety of yourself and others

Any other reasonable duties as required by your supervisor
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous electrical experience or basic knowledge is preferred but not essential

Willingness to learn electrical standards, wiring and safe working practices

Reliable, punctual and ready to work as part of a team

Ability to follow instructions, diagrams and work to quality targets

Positive attitude, keen to learn and take pride in good workmanship
HOURS & BENEFITS

Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
