Supported Accommodation.
We are looking for reliable, dedicated individuals to support care leavers aged 16 to 18 years old. Our small dedicated team work to ensure the young people in our care move towards independence in preparation for adulthood. You will be required to work shifts, including sleep ins. If you can help a young person develop the skills they will require to live independently and grow in confidence, then we would love to hear from you.
Potential for progression to a senior role for the right candidate.
