We are looking for a reliable and organised Picker/Packer to join our busy team at Laguna Maidstone, Hart St. This is a practical, hands-on role supporting the accurate picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders. The role would suit someone who takes pride in working accurately, and enjoys being part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Packing goods securely and preparing them for dispatch.
- Checking orders to ensure items are correct before they leave the business.
- Labelling parcels and supporting the dispatch process.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and well organised.
- Following company procedures, including health and safety requirements.
About You
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
- Comfortable with practical, hands-on work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing or dispatch experience would be helpful, but is not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confident user of IT and computer systems.
· Knowledge of motorcycles would be advantageous but isn't essential.
- A full UK driving licence an advantage

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Working days: Five days a week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week. School hours can be accommodated for the right candidate.
Salary: up to £12.71 per hour (depending on the national minimum wage for your age
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 41.5 per week
