Dual-Site Assistant ManagerJoin Our Senior Management Team
We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to help us continue building cafés that our teams are proud to work in and our customers love to visit.
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk. You'll be out on the floor, supporting our teams, leading busy services, solving problems, and making sure every café delivers the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.
As part of our Senior Management Team, you'll work closely with the owners and management team, helping shape how we operate as we continue to grow. Your ideas, feedback and leadership will genuinely make a difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of multiple café locations.
- Leading shifts and jumping in wherever you're needed.
- Coaching and developing our teams to help them grow in confidence and ability.
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
- Supporting recruitment, training and rota planning.
- Helping manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships.
- Working with the senior management team to improve systems, drive performance and solve operational challenges.
- Being a positive, approachable leader who sets the tone for every shift.

- Has management experience within cafés, hospitality or retail.
- Loves being on the floor and leading by example.
- Naturally motivates and supports people.
- Is organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- Takes pride in creating clean, well-run cafés with consistently high standards.
- Is happy working across multiple sites and enjoys the variety that brings.
- Wants to be part of a growing business where they can make a real impact.
The Role
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
- Travel between our café locations.

Pay: From £28,800.00 per year
