Your Mission
As a Brand Ambassador, you will create memorable experiences for every customer by delivering outstanding service, expert product knowledge and authentic storytelling around the C.P. Company brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience.
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage customer loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory tasks.
- Work collaboratively to achieve shared business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail experience, preferably within fashion or premium brands.
- Passion for customer service and contemporary menswear.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
- Fluency in English.
