Overview
Join Veridian Consultancy and become an integral part of a growing, community-focused organisation dedicated to helping people access the right specialist support when they need it most. We are a local marketing and referral company based in Tower Hamlets, working closely with communities to raise awareness of issues such as housing disrepair, debt support, and medical negligence by connecting individuals with independent specialist firms.
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and compassionate individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in making a positive impact within the local community. This is a varied role that combines office administration, customer service, lead generation, community engagement and marketing support.
No two days will be the same. One day you may be welcoming visitors to the office, following up with enquiries and updating our CRM system; the next, you may be attending a community event, distributing marketing materials, or supporting local outreach campaigns across Tower Hamlets.
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a supportive and growing business.

- Build positive relationships with local residents, community organisations and businesses.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations and community information packs.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and diary schedules.
- Support the wider team with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to business growth.
