Paragon Logistics is recruiting experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to deliver parcels on behalf of one of the UK's leading parcel delivery networks.
This is a long-term opportunity for reliable, hard-working drivers looking for consistent work, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to earn even more through additional routes.
Pay & Benefits
- £185 day rate
- £1 bonus for every successful stop over 80
- Example: Complete 100 stops and earn £205 for the day
- Weekly pay every Friday (paid two weeks in arrears)
- Additional driving work available for drivers who want to increase their earnings
- Full systems training and driver shadowing provided

Vehicle
We prefer drivers who have their own MWB or LWB van, as this offers the greatest earning potential.
If you don't have your own vehicle, Paragon can provide a fully insured rental van for £225 per week, making it easy to get started.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Depot: Camden
- Routes are based in Central London and surrounding areas
- Delivery areas may vary depending on operational requirements
Applicants must be confident driving and delivering within Central London, including congestion charge areas.
Driver Requirements
You must have:
- Previous parcel delivery experience
- Experience completing 80+ multi-drop deliveries per day
- Previous experience delivering in Central London
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 5 years
- Ideally a clean driving licence
- National Insurance Number
- No unspent criminal convictions (background checks may be carried out)
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to use a PDA/handheld delivery device
