Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. To work a minimum of 16 hours/week in our Saundersfoot Retail Outlet. It will involve some weekend work. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible to help cover shifts during holidays and staff absences.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.
The minimum wage is applicable to the applicant's age.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
- Process transactions accurately at the till.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
