On-Street Operative (Van Driver) – Birmingham

We are the on-street operations partner for Lime, the micromobility company, across the West Midlands — keeping their bike and scooter hire scheme safe, reliable, and available for everyone in Birmingham.
We're recruiting Van Driver On-Street Operatives to join our team, with a range of day and night shifts, part time and full time, available.
The Role
You'll drive an electric van to keep Lime's fleet running: swapping batteries, rebalancing bikes and scooters around the city, collecting damaged vehicles for repair, and carrying out basic safety checks — all logged via a smartphone app.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Good knowledge of Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Shift Times
- Day shift: 06:00 – 14:30 (30 min unpaid break)
- Night shift: 19:00 – 05:30 (30 min unpaid break)
Pay
£13.45 per hour, paid monthly.
