The Old House, Llangynwyd is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Chef to join it’s team in a newly renovated premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and colleagues in running the main kitchen.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations;
- Prepare frequently required ingredients;
- Follow the guidance of the Head Chef and have input into new ways of presentation of dishes;
- Ensure strict hygiene standards are maintained.
Previous experience of the role is essential as well as skills and knowledge of cooking methods and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
4 day working week. Attractive working pattern.
Guaranteed Christmas Day & Boxing Day off.

Starting Salary: £28,000- 32,000 per year + overtime + quarterly bonus
