About SoBe Burger
SoBe Burger is a quick-service restaurant and takeaway serving South Beach-inspired Miami smash burgers.
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Team Member to join our Worcester team. You do not need extensive hospitality experience, but you should have a positive attitude, a welcoming personality and a willingness to develop excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with other team members to provide an efficient, safe and enjoyable service.
- Welcome customers, take orders and provide helpful menu recommendations.
- Respond to customer questions or concerns promptly, patiently and professionally.
- Prepare and serve food in line with our quality and food safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
- Support colleagues with different tasks during busy periods.
- Help customers understand available offers and choose the best-value options for their order.
