Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote children's learning and development.

- Manage daily activities and routines within the nursery setting.

Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations and best practices is an advantage.
- Ability to drive initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the educational programme.
