The right person will:
- Have a real passion for hospitality
- Have previous management experience
- Be service orientated, obsessed with giving excellent customer service
- Be a team player with a natural leadership style
- Experience in busy/late night venue/s
- Cocktail experience is advantageous
45 hours per week with paid overtime.
