Shifts: 5–6 days/week, 9 hours per day (part-time days also available)

Training & Support
- 1 day paid classroom training (including safety)
- 2 days paid ride-along with an experienced driver
- 11 days paid on-road training at reduced package rates while you build up to speed
Flexibility
- Part-time: 2–4 days per week
- Full-time: 4–6 days per week (1 weekend day required)
- Weekly rota, choose your own days a couple of weeks in advance and commit to them
- Consistent work available all year round
Duties
- Safely operate a delivery van up to 3.5 tonnes to transport freight over a 9-hour shift
- Load and unload the delivery van from a staging area (all parcels pre-staged with specific allocated load times); handle packages up to 23kg
- Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team to ensure smooth, successful deliveries
- Comply with driving and traffic laws while delivering packages
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Work independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Follow safe delivery processes as introduced during training
- Maintain general safety awareness at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Multi-drop delivery experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
- Must have the right to work in the UK (essential)
- Hold a current full UK or EU driving licence, with a maximum of 6 points and no IN, DR, or TT codes
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience (preferred but not essential)
- Must be able to complete and pass a background check (at no cost to you)
- Responsible for your own transportation to and from the depot
- Access to a smartphone or other smart device, with the ability to learn new technology
