The warehouse operative carries out job functions associated with the distribution and warehouse activities of Senko fibre optic component products. They are responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, and packing and shipping orders. This position is part time (3 days a week).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call off and print pick list from the warehouse management system
- Print customer pack list for completed customer shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Goods In / Receiving
- Inventory Counts
- Put away the received product.
- Pick Replenishments
- Stock Movement
- Load courier vehicles
- Stock cycle counts
- Health & Safety Awareness
- Manual shrink wrapping of outbound palleted shipments.
Key Skills and experience:
- Secondary School Education or Equivalent.
- Prior related work experience in shipping, receiving, packing, picking, and barcoding.
- Oral Communication Skills
- Written Communication Skills
- Reading Skills
