The Firs Day Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic childcare practitioner with level 2 or level 3 Early Years qualification to work 40 hours per week.
We are a long-established, Ofsted rated, outstanding Nursery - celebrating 36 years of high-quality education and childcare with a strong community ethos.
You could be part of our baby, toddler or pre-school unit providing a high standard of care for all children in a fun and stimulating environment, nurturing them to progress confidently within their individual capabilities.

Requirements
· Passion for working with children.
· An enthusiastic team member.
· A sound knowledge of The Early Year Foundation Stage.
· Understanding of a play-based approach to children’s learning and development.
· Excellent communication skills.
· To work well under pressure and have a good sense of responsibility.
· Be efficient, organised, hardworking and reliable.
· Sustain and develop strong parent partnerships.
· A sound knowledge of current safeguarding legislation and supporting policies and procedures.
· Hold a clear DBS certificate.
